Save the Wye Redbrook Day

We are delighted to be joining in with the Save the Wye event at Redbrook Millennium Green, highlighting the plight of the river Wye. Further details will be announced, but we know that there will be all sorts of activities to join in. WVRF is pleased to present Liz Knight who will be offering family-friendly foraging walks throughout the day. These will be free to join but likely to be popular!

Our Creative Community Champion artist Nichola Goff will also be offering printmaking activities, and the fabric she dyed with woad in our workshop on 13 May will make its debut as pennants for the Lady Wye character who will make her grand entrance on the day.

We will also be popping up at the Save the Wye event in Monmouth on 9 July – further details tbc.
