    Herb Walk and Headdress Making

Living Folklore Seed Sistas’ Performance Herb Walk.

A warm welcome to you all, lovers of gardens, wild spaces and the waysides.
Come and be part of a theatrical herb walk, enter the realm of folklore and co-create some new herb stories. Walk a while and use your senses to learn to learn the secret stories of the plants, their medicine contained in every story ever told about. Learn how folklore began and how you can become the weaver of your own herb tales.
You will need a note book and pen, suitable footwear, no experience necessary. Following the walk, join artist Collette Davis for a headdress-making workshop and herb-related chat. Bring a picnic!
TICKETS £3 to include both events. Meet at Llandogo Millenium Hall.
Walk leader Fi is one of the Seed Sistas who are known for their creative approach to herbal education. They are herbalists, speakers, eco-activists and the authors of the Sensory Herbal Handbook. They are co-creators of the social enterprise, Sensory Solutions Herbal Evolution CIC. You can find out more about their work at and on social media too. Their most recent project, Voices from the Hedgerow, brings the hedgerow to life through performance and educational videos.
