Go Wild: Family Firepit and Foraging

Join The Rewild Project to forage together, cook over the fire pit, create with clay, learn carving skills and share stories. Together we will explore our natural surroundings. You may even learn everything you need to turn a log into a beautiful, usable cooking spoon!

There will be a wild garlic and nettle soup to fuel your soul, and flavoured teas using local ingredients. Come play and learn with us – whatever the weather.

Two slots available – booking essential!

The Millennium Green in Redbrook is the central location for our GO WILD event, although some participants will go walk about! The event is easily accessible on foot for communities on both sides of the river via a footbridge. There is ample parking in the village if required. Our gathering point for all activities will be our fire pit at the top corner of the Millennium Green. We will be there whatever the weather!

THE REWILD PROJECT is a non-profit social enterprise focused on environmental education and ecological restoration. Their mission is to re-connect people to nature and their ancestral heritage through arts and crafts, growing food, outdoor learning, and community-building projects. We are delighted that the ReWild Project our joining our events program this year.
